My family was involved in a head-on collision on private property, making my case very sensitive. When I woke up three days after the accident, unable to move and fearing serious injuries were surfacing, I was referred to Frenkel & Frenkel by a friend of The Russ Martin Show.

I knew it would be difficult to litigate being on private property, so I prepared myself for the worst news. I called at 10 am, and by noon Gene Burkett had a case manager and emergency appointment the next morning. My case manager, Matthew Bodmer, worked miracles, getting me immediate care so I could keep my cruise within days of the accident. All the X-rays, MRIs, Injections, and pain management appointments were handled fast and efficiently.

Mark Frenkel and Vicki Ferguson were extremely helpful in my case. They made sure that I understood what to expect every step of the way. They answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, in a way that kept me calm throughout the entire process. At one point, I could no longer afford physical therapy, and they helped me to continue to pay for that so that I could continue to heal.
