Friedman Class Members and 24 Hour Fitness Settle Class Action Lawsuit
Above is a link to a story about a large class action settlement with 24 Hour Fitness. They were seemingly overcharging customers after they cancelled their memberships. These types of cases/classes are not unusual, businesses, banks, phone companies, all are prone to not conducting themselves as they should.
